1. I acknowledge that I am bound by, and confirm that I shall comply with, all of the provisions of the UIPM Anti-Doping Rules, the World Anti-Doping Code (the “Code”), and the International Standards issued by the World Anti-Doping Agency, each of the aforementioned set of rules as amended from time to time, and agree to the creation of my profile in the WADA Doping Control Clearing House.  I also acknowledge the authority of UIPM [and its member National Federations and/or National Anti-Doping Organisations] to enforce, to manage results under, and to impose sanctions in accordance with the UIPM Anti-Doping Rules. UIPM decisions on Anti-Doping may only be appealed in front of the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) in Lausanne and I acknowledge and agree that the decisions of CAS shall be final and enforceable, and that I will not bring any claim, arbitration, lawsuit or litigation in any other court or tribunal. 

2. I hereby explicitly agree that all images, pictures, videos and/or other instruments taken by UIPM officials, crew, official photographer or any other person designated to do so by UIPM in relation with the competition I will take part in (as a participant, a coach, an official, a member of the Athletes’ Entourage as defined in the UIPM Code of Ethics or a judge, as the case may be) will be propriety of UIPM. UIPM is fully entitled to freely use said pictures in any manner it deems acceptable provided such usage doesn’t infringe any law and is not offensive of my dignity or my personal rights.

3. UIPM or third parties contracted by it may collect store (in any country worldwide), process, use and, if necessary, disclose to third parties all over the world data relating to my participation in any competition organised under the umbrella of UIPM (the “Personal Data“) to the extent necessary to facilitate my participation in, and/or the organisation of the above-mentioned competitions to create and keep up to date my profile as athlete on sports databases and in any other ways to which I have or will provide my express consent or as may be required by law. My Personal Data and images may in particular be disclosed to event organisers, sponsors media, internet services and internet services providers etc. for publication on the internet and other media, marketing campaigns, statistic elaborations etc. I fully understand and explicitly accept that third parties recipients due to their relevant country of residence and/or incorporation may apply different standards of data protection from those applicable to UIPM or in my country of residence.

By filing my application to be admitted to participate to the competition I hereby confirm I have read and accepted these terms & conditions.
